L & L Energy, Inc., is a U.S. publicly traded company, through its subsidiaries, engages in production,
processing, and sale of coal in China.  With headquarters in Seattle, WA, the Company owns and operates
coal mines, coal washing facilities, and wholesale/distribution networks in South China. The major
responsibilities are to design and conduct training & development programs to improve the performance of
employees at its headquarters in Seattle, as well as manufacturing facilitates and sales offices in China.

Sr. Training and Development Specialist wanted for L & L Energy, Inc. in Seattle, Washington, with Master
Degree in Education or Instructional Technology, & at least one year experience in the job offer or in the
related occupations as HR Trainer. , to perform the following:

    -        Create and implement training modules for L & L’s employees.  Responsible for
    instructional/training plan, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation.
    -        The training courses are expected to explain environmental strategies, established  & emerging
    industry best practices,  L & L’s own extensive operational standards as well as regulatory guidelines,
    such as SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and NASDAQ specific regulations; Foreign
    Corrupt Practices Act; US Accounting Practices; China mining regulations; Safety and Environmental
    practices; and bi-cultural sensitivity. The training courses will also include specific job responsibilities,
    and how to enhance task competencies and skills.
    -        Develop training programs using traditional delivery methods, including instructor-led sessions,
    and e-learning solutions and other electronic delivery methods.
    -        Secure and select Instructors to conduct trainings in both the US and China.  Evaluate and
    review the Instructors’ presentation and performance.
    -        Gather and compile effective learning materials; Review and analyze  instructional/training plans
    -        Assist in the coordination and planning for the physical training, including travel and logistics.  
    Be the contact for any follow up request by the trainers or trainees.
    -        Act as a bi-cultural bridge between the trainers or trainees; Understand and anticipate bi-
    cultural gaps that will inhibit or hinder training programs
    -        Be a resource to staff for understanding the differences in US regulatory practices and China
    regulatory practices.

Specific skills and other requirements:

    -        Academic preparation must include Instructional Technology theories and methods; e-Learning
    Solutions; Personnel Management; and Database Management.
    -        Prior experience must include e-Learning materials design; Web-based applications; and hands-
    on training development life cycle activities.
    -        Knowledge of “Instructional Design” to design training tools using various delivery media,
    including print and Web-based solutions
    -        Computer skills required:  MS Office; VB Script; ADOBE; Google groups (Interaction, FAQ);
    Skype; Online video upload..
