L&L is a major sponsor for the International Leadership Foundation ("ILF"), a non-profit organization that promotes the civic awareness, public
service and economic effectiveness of the Asian-Pacific American community. ILF's mission is to develop young leaders in the United States,
Asia, and other Pacific-rim countries in the fields of public service, entrepreneurship and the international arena through a network of business
and community leaders.
Through the ILF Civic Fellowship Program, they provide scholarships to APA college students and place them in structured Summer Internships
with government agencies. ILF Fellows are future APA leaders in the academic, cultural, business, community, medical, professional, or public
arenas. ILF provides these future APA leaders with a practical understanding of how our government and legislative process works. L&L's
contributions directly fund multiple ILF Fellows each summer in Washington D.C.
