L&L Energy, Inc. ("L&L"), formerly known as L&L International
Holdings, is a coal-mining company founded in 1995. The
company is incorporated in the State of Nevada with a corporate
office located in Seattle, Washington.

L&L is a member of the American Coal Council, one of the country's
largest coal trade associations representing the business interest of
the American coal industry.

L&L’s team consists of experienced professionals who utilize their
extensive knowledge in the U.S. accounting practices and mining
safety practice, M&A techniques, and bilingual skills to focus on high
margin coal operations in the People’s Republic of China. The
company leverages the strong demand for coal in China and the
rising coal prices of the growing Chinese economy. The company
maintains financial transparency as a publicly reporting company
with U.S. audited financial statements since 2001.   

L&L is in its 15th year of operation, with over 1,000 employees and
marketing offices in Seattle and Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong
and Taipei.
 Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates
profitable coal mines, coal wholesale, coking, and coal-washing
facilities in Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces.  The company using its
US investing interest in Bowie Mine located at Paonia, Colorado,
improves mining safety and operational practices in China.
