Ms. Leung has experience and knowledge of both US and China accounting

s. She was a senior auditing manager for a New York CPA firm and served
as an executive of Hang Seng Bank of Hong Kong. Ms. Leung speaks three
languages and coordinates
all accounting issues for L&L. She earned a B.Com
degree from Woolongan University of Australia.
Dr. Arthur Chen Ph.D, Technical Advisor.  
Dr. Arthur Chen received his engineering degrees from MIT (Ph.D, M.S. and B.S.)

and a visiting lecturer there
.  He was a Senior Executive at General Electrics
Corporate R&D
Center. Dr. Chen was also a Board Member appointed by the
Washington State Governor, for the Washington State Technology Center, and
Commissioner of  the New York State Business Development Commission.  Dr.
Chen  was born in Boston and now lives in Bellevue, Washington.
Hon. Justice (ret) Steve Ko, Legal Advisor-China.  
Judge Ko, a retired Justice of the High Court of Ho Nan Province of China, has 30
years of trial experience.  Judge Ko, an expert in Chinese laws and the Chinese
judicial systems, provide
s legal expertise on various transactions related to the
company's business, but also mitigates L & L's  risks in China.
Willie Aikens, MBA, Business Adivsor.
Mr. Aikens is a former Boeing executive with expertise in international sales and
maintains a broad set of relationships at
Boeing Company. Willie was a Captain of
the US Army prior to join
ing Boeing and also Board Member of President Clinton's
Commission in 2000.  Mr. Aikens is
a mentor of Seattle University's Business
School
. He studied at University of Washington and received his MBA from Seattle
University.
Dr. Bud Saxberg, Ph.D., Business Advisor.  
A Professor a
t the  University of Washington, Dr. Saxberg is an expert in business
leadership development.  Dr. Saxberg was a senior consultant of Boeing and Rolls
Royce over a 15-year period.  He lectures to executive
s regarding local and
international
developments. Dr. Saxburg studied at Cornell University and earned
his PhD
in management from the University of Illinois at Champaign.  Dr. Saxberg,
was born in Finland and lives in Seattle.
Dr. Barbara Johnston, CFA, Advisor.
Dr. Johnston is an experienced corporate financial analyst who conducted research
in Canadian mining operations and prepared corporate analysis for Haywood
Securities Inc. Dr. Johnston received her CFA designation in 2004.  She earned her
B.S. Degree from University of Washington, and her Doctorate at Washington State
University. Dr. Johnston lives in Seattle, Washington.
Dickson V. Lee, CPA, MBA, Chief of China Operations.
Mr. Lee serves as Chairman of the KMC energy subsidiary, and CEO of the LSP
power subsidiary. Dickson speaks Mandarin and Cantonese fluently, and t
ravels
frequently
 between US and China. Mr. Lee, a New York CPA since 1983, was an
executive of KPMG (New York) and Director of Finance for NYNEX (now Verizon)
Asia Pacific operations in 1993. Dickson served as a judicial member of the Hong
Kong SEC Insider Dealing Tribunal (a trial court) for six years. Mr. Lee earned an
MBA from Dalhousie University in 1975.
Francis Zhang, Executive.
Francis has over 20 years experience in engineering. He received his Masters
Degree in engineering in China and studied at California Institute of Technology
and
the University of California at Berkley for advanced engineering from
1994-1998.  Mr. Zhang works at both
the KMC and LSP subsidiaries, and is also a
professor of Yunnan University of Science & Technology.
Omar Lee, MBA, Advisor.
Omar is a real estate developer with 30 years of practical experience. He is a Board
Member of Regal Financial Bank, h
as many interests in many banks and is the owner
of the Great Wall Shopping Mall i
n Seattle. He speaks three languages and travels
frequently to China. Omar received his MBA from UCLA, and BA from University of
Southern California

Tony H Y Li, CEO of KMC Energy Operations.
Mr. Li is an entrepreneur who specializes in coal operations. He founded KMC at
Kunming, China in 1997. Upon graduation from university, Tony taught Geology
until recently
. Now he devotes his time solely to KMC's operations. Mr. Li received
MS and B.S. degrees in Geology f

Mr. Paul W. Lee, Chairman and CEO.
Mr. Paul W. Lee is an energetic business leader who is active in the business  
community and has 20 years of financial and insurance experience in the United
States and Asia. He is currently serves as President of the Chinese Restaurant
Association in Michigan. Mr. Lee, an American citizen, speaks fluently in Mandarin
and English and travels to China frequently for business. Paul graduated from
Madonna University with a B.S. degree. Paul has been on the Board of Directors
since 2006.
